Our Mission
True Mountain Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a bold mission: to transform addiction recovery through long-term, accessible, evidence-based care. Our goal is to build and sustain a network of top-tier recovery centers that offer comprehensive 90-day inpatient treatment—because anything less isn’t enough.
We’re raising funds for an endowment to make this vision a reality. This fund will fully or partially subsidize care for those with insufficient insurance or no financial means, ensuring that no one is turned away. Why 90 Days Matters
Scientific research shows that 90 days is the minimum effective duration for sustainable recovery. Shorter stays often stabilize but don’t heal. Our model includes:

- Holistic Services including yoga, nutrition, and art therapy
- Career Support & Community Reintegration
We are setting a new standard in addiction treatment—modeled after the success of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where financial need never limits care. This includes subsidizing the cost of long-term inpatient recovery for those who truly need and want it, for a minimum of 90 days, regardless of insurance coverage.

True Mountain Foundation was inspired by the lived experience of our founder, Jeff Cotton, who overcame addiction, by the Grace of God, and is committed to making long-term recovery accessible to all.
Where We’re Starting—and Where We’re Going
We are planning the development of our first facility in Memphis, Tennessee—a 55-bed inpatient recovery center that integrates medical, therapeutic, and wellness care in a purpose-built campus.
The next location will be in Dalton, Georgia, with plans for a nationwide expansion. All centers will follow our signature treatment model and be accredited by CARF and the Joint Commission.

Bob Beck is a seasoned mental health and addiction interventionist, peer recovery specialist, and founder of Fair Witness Interventions. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Bob brings a rare combination of strategic clarity, grounded presence, and lived empathy to every case.
He has facilitated more than 350 interventions across 40 states, working with clients from ages 14 to 83, including families navigating substance use, co-occurring mental health conditions, and crisis-level behavioral patterns. Known for his calm, respectful, and structured approach, Bob specializes in working with adolescent males (15–25), treatment-resistant clients, and veteran populations. His work with the Veterans Court of Shelby County, TN—one of the oldest in the country—is a point of deep professional pride.
Bob is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and trained in multiple evidence-based intervention models, including the ARISE® model, the Modified Johnson Model, and Intervention911 protocols. His approach is relational, non-coercive, and deeply attuned to the family system. Every engagement is grounded in compassion, preparation, and follow-through—from intervention planning to long-term care navigation.
Whether he's supporting a young adult on the brink of collapse, helping a family restore trust and boundaries, or coordinating complex transitions across care levels, Bob shows up with dignity, professionalism, and unwavering belief in the possibility of change.
